I believe healing begins with understanding what happened to you, not what is wrong with you. Many emotional struggles develop from difficult life experiences that shape how we cope, relate to others, and see ourselves. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and focuses on helping clients build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and a sense of safety.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a Strengths-Based Approach, and Motivational Interviewing to support insight, growth, and meaningful change. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and take a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, emotional experience, and spirituality.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, family and relationship challenges, parenting stressors, life transitions, substance use disorder, and suicidal ideation. I hold a certificate in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma and have experience providing crisis support and stabilization. I believe people are the experts in their own lives, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space to help clients build resilience and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.
